About Me
Maria Luisa graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad Central de Venezuela and then worked for 10 years designing family homes, condos and townhouses as well as resorts and marinas. Both her studies and subsequent design experience have given Maria Luisa deep knowledge of the practical aspects in using space, complementing her aesthetic appreciation.
Since 1989 Maria Luisa has been a resident of Key Biscayne, working initially with G.T. Scale Models, where she is a co-owner. This company delivers state of the art models for architects and developers.
For the last 20 years Maria Luisa has been a full time real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. She has extensive knowledge not only of Key Biscayne but also of the markets of North and South Miami, Brickell, Downtown, Midtown, Coconut Grove, Doral, Kendall and Coral Gables.
She is a relocation agent specialist and has been working for years with local and foreign investors.
Maria Luisa was born in Italy, grew up in Venezuela and has developed her career in the United States where she is now a citizen.
Maria Luisa is married to a fellow architect, and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English. She has three grown up children who are pursuing careers in aerospace, finance and marine biology. Maria Luisa's hobbies include boating, fishing and golf.

As you may recall (and perhaps Maria Luisa will never forget), this condo was owned by four siblings,
scattered across the country. Accordingly, it was very important that my brothers and sister felt equally
comfortable with whom was selected to sell the condo that had been in our family since 1971.We interviewed five real estate brokers to make sure we got it right. Given the facts that there were four
owners, and a down market, made it a more complex process. Maria Luisa handled it perfectly; managing
communication between the four of us as potential buyers came and went. In the end, and to Maria Luisa’s
credit, we received a selling price higher than others had projected. Throughout the process Maria Luisa kept
us fully informed, was timely and responsive, and did a great job of keeping everything and everyone on an
even keel when we hit bumps in the road. We also recognize that handled less efficiently, we may have faced
a scenario wherein the late Spring and Summer downturn would have forced us to keep the condo for a longer
period of time.
As you know, Maria Luisa is professional, accomplished and very pleasant to work with. It was a very good
experience.
