I am delighted and very pleased that we chose Maria Luisa and Coldwell Banker to manage this transaction. 
As you may recall (and perhaps Maria Luisa will never forget), this condo was owned by four siblings,
scattered across the country.  Accordingly, it was very important that my brothers and sister felt equally
comfortable with whom was selected to sell the condo that had been in our family since 1971.
 
We interviewed five real estate brokers to make sure we got it right.  Given the facts that there were four
owners, and a down market, made it a more complex process.  Maria Luisa handled it perfectly; managing
communication between the four of us as potential buyers came and went.  In the end, and to Maria Luisa’s
credit, we received a selling price higher than others had projected.  Throughout the process Maria Luisa kept
us fully informed, was timely and responsive, and did a great job of keeping everything and everyone on an
even keel when we hit bumps in the road.  We also recognize that handled less efficiently, we may have faced
a scenario wherein the late Spring and Summer downturn would have forced us to keep the condo for a longer
period of time.
 
As you know, Maria Luisa is professional, accomplished and very pleasant to work with.  It was a very good
experience.
